Return & Exchange Policy

At Arogya Shakti, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and healthcare products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return:
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is expired or leaked on arrival.

Please note, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@arogyashakti.in with your order number, reason for return, and product images. Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return steps.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Non-returnable Items:
Some personal care and health-related products are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
